This involves the cherry berries picked off the coffee trees, then beans removed from berries, and beans washed soon after this process. What this means for the coffee drinker is a rich body coffee, distinctively acidic from the African soil, and a bright taste with floral and berry aftertones. This is certified Kenya AA.
