This coffee is from a mill called San Vicente. It lies in the town of Pena Blanca, of the Santa Barbara district in West Honduras.

Honduras San Vicente when roasted at a medium roast is balanced, with a milk chocolate, and a hint of lemon taste.  A coffee which has great flavor at any roast.
