Harrar ranks as one of the top wanted coffees. Sun dried and dry processed, Harrar has  bakers chocolate, cherry, orange - roasted attributes at a medium roast. A bold and complex coffee, Harrar is much different than the wet processed Yirgacheffe in taste and appearance. Harrar is much to be desired.
