Nicaraguan SHG Dipilto has a creamy, walnut, dark chocolate characteristic flavor.  Preferred roasted at full medium with an exceptionally clean finish and shows a bright acidity.

Developed in Nueva Segovia - one of Nicaragua's smallest municipalities - this peculiar coffee bean is grown by a cooperative created in the 1990s to protect the rights of farming families in the region. Bordering Honduras, the mountainous, northern region has produced 30 winning coffees in the Cup of Excellence.
